| Name: Sam NezaranRace: HumanAge: Twenty-oneGender: MaleClass: WarriorItems: A simple steel sword, with a jewel on the hilt. It holds sentimental value, but why? You'd have to ask him. He has a few pouches made of bear hide strapped on a belt inside his lower robe for storage for the smaller, more precious, items on the groups travels. An amulet is shown outside his armor, containing some sort of white substance. It pulses with spirit-like power.Appearance: With his armor on, Sam can be quite intimidating. The Templar-like armor was fashioned by a brilliant craft-master at Orzammar in Fereldan. It cost him eleven sovereigns, but this armor turned out to be one of the most best armors the dwarf had even made. The armor is Templar-based, thanks to the schematics being found in a foreign town in Fereldan. Despite him not being a Templar, he hates Blood Mages and has an in-bred hate for demons. His helmet is winged, and it doesn't show his face at all, only his dark green eyes. His armor looks perfectly like http://dragonage.nexusmods.com/downloads/images/184-2-1259337265.jpg He is Caucasian, has pitch-black strands of hair. His hair reaches to his ears, with it being cut off. He has ruffled hair since he rarely washes it and doesn't really care for it. He doesn't let it overgrow, though. He also has twelve large scared across his back and one huge scar down his arm on the side due to being hurt by the abomination.Biography: Sam's life was full of mischief when he was a child. He was always yelled at, always treated wrong, and when somebody pushed him, he pushed back. His parent's always abused him, but he was never hurt to the point where he couldn't refuse to go to be taught. He was a obedient child, but since his sister died, his parents had been drinking and drinking until they eventually passed out. It wasn't very good even when they were passed out, as he had to make their food and his. This kept happening until the day came where his mother was discovered as a mage. This spread to the rest of the city until the Templars started an investigation on Sam's Mother. When the Templars figured out, it was too late. She turned into an Abomination, and killed the father, and almost killed the child if not for the Templar's interruption. The Templar's slayed the Abomination, and he was left without parents. Some Templar's pitied the child and one took him in for the short time to make sure that he did not have magic. Then, after a while, when he was assured that he did not have magic, he was sent to a Orphanage in Kirkwall.
He was generally accepted there, and he learned quite a few things. Even after a long time, a few years, he wasn't brought into a family. And whatever friends he had disappeared each year. When he turned fifteen, (he was thirteen when he arrived at the Orphanage) he was given the few things that were crucial for his survival out of the orphanage, and then he was pushed out of the orphanage. He, with the other kids, said their goodbyes. Sam generally started working, supplying what he was going to eat for a few years. Shortly after those few years, he wanted to explore, and as it turned out, there was much profit in this. He bought a schematic of Templar armor on the black market and commisioned a black templar armor to be his signature armor. After awhile, he decided he should start up a group for adventuring. That plan went sour as he took a adventure into ruins...and got the rest of the group slaughtered. The guilt haunted him for quite a while. The ruins were haunted with dark-like demons and evil spirits, and the group was ill-equipped for such. He survived, though, which made him regret that he even took the group there. | |
